Dr. Oksana Huss is a Research Fellow in Political Science at Bologna University, Italy. She did her doctorate at University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany and her postdoc at Leiden University, Netherlands. Her areas of expertise cover (anti-)corruption, open government, social movements against corruption and the role of ICTs in it. She co-authors the Freedom House Nations in Transit report for Ukraine and consults the Council of Europe, the EU, UNESCO, UNODC. Huss gives lectures on interdisciplinary theories and methods of corruption research in Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. She is a co-founder of the Interdisciplinary Corruption Research Network (ICRNetwork.org).
