148 interviews in Ukraine on the topic of Maidan/Anti-Maidan participation conducted from June, 2014 to August, 2014.

The topics of the interviews: biographies of Maidan and Anti-Maidan activists, their political views, experience, and identities; how they became involved in Maidan / Anti-Maidan and what they did there, how their everyday life has changed after Maidan

A summary of the selection criteria and selection method for respondents: Everyone who took part in Maidan or Anti-Maidan and did not have the experience of professional political activity before may participate in the research as a respondent; the search was organized through the “snowball” method with the help of social networks in the Internet and personal connections of researchers. The interviews were conducted in Kiev (Maidan), Kharkiv (Maidan and Anti-Maidan), Odessa (Maidan and Anti-Maidan), Sevastopol (Anti-Maidan), and Kerch (Anti-Maidan).
