Description

The Snap Poll on the Perception of the Russia-Ukraine War in Kyrgyzstan was a public opinion survey aimed at studying preferences in Kyrgyzstan regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Data were collected from approximately 1,000 respondents in March 2022 using telephone interviews. Mobile phone numbers were selected through simple random sampling. The final questionnaires were programmed in both Russian and Kyrgyz languages.

The topics covered in this poll include regional living situations, attitudes towards regional political leaders, perceptions of the country's direction, news consumption and perceptions, as well as geo-political relations and support.

The data are available in SPSS, Stata and Excel formats. More comprehensive information is provided in a methods report (in English) and a questionnaire (in Russian).
